My expertise: I’m an experienced instructional designer with more than ten years of delivering instruction to learners. I drive success by analyzing the needs of all learners and creating objectives to achieve measurable goals. I have a passion for establishing relationships with stakeholders, which I believe drives the outcomes of all learners. Outside of my professional day to day experiences I contribute to an online database that provides educational content for basketball coaches, consult with coaches on best practices for achieving on-court and organizational success.
