About Cory Simpson
I am a physician-scientist at the University of Washington Department of Dermatology. I run a sub-specialty clinic for rare skin blistering diseases and a translational research lab aiming to advance our understanding and treatment of these disorders. Our research leverages advanced methods in cell biology, gene editing, and live microscopy to illuminate how the skin is compromised in disease and how we can regenerate the tissue.The Simpson Lab is located at the South Lake Union campus of UW Medicine and we are always looking for outstanding scientists to join our team.
