I’m a senior technology leader and beauty industry professional with a career that blends enterprise systems leadership with real-world brand and customer experience.For nearly two decades, I’ve contributed to large-scale platform and infrastructure transformations—focusing on systems that are secure, scalable, and centered on people. My work spans governance design, operational strategy, and cross-functional alignment across regulated industries. I bring structure to complexity, and humanity to the systems that support it.Outside of enterprise tech, I’m also the founder of Makeup Artistry by Sim, a creative business that’s allowed me to work on commercial campaigns and editorial shoots while staying connected to the heart of the beauty industry: confidence, storytelling, and lived experience.I carry both perspectives into everything I lead.Through Simulating Mindsets LLC, I write, coach, and speak on themes that matter—equity, innovation, identity, and the systems we move through every day.
