The mind to explore has always been at the forefront of my endeavors. To explore, to gain a variety of new and different experiences, to achieve my goals I am curious, analytical, reflective, creative and persistent.In the summer of my junior at university, I made a trip by bicycle to a National Forest Park 500 kilometres away from the city I studied in, together with 3 of my classmates. It was a long and tough journey and took 4 days\' ride under the burning summer sun with 40 degrees Celsius ground temperature and more than 9 hours’ riding a day.After day 1 we were so tired that even to pinch the clamp of the air pump and pump the bike tire needs two man and 4 hands to do it together. We had thought it so many times to sell the bike and hitch-hike a car or take a bus to the place instead. But every time I said to myself that if I quit now I may never have the same chance of 500 km’s ride again in my life. Besides, we had planned this trip for 2 semesters. If we gave up the trip just because of tiredness, we could give up any pursuit in our life journey when some obstacles are on the way. With these beliefs in mind, we finally made it.This experience is a precious memory which I often contemplate to tell myself that after the valley it is the summit for a good view.The motivation to explore and the associated traits have been the contributing factors of my career accomplishments.As an experienced strategically-focused product manager with cross-functional expertise, I bring solid experience and track records of growing revenue and building differentiation, and defining, developing and marketing compelling products, based on deep understanding of customer needs, competitive environment, industry trends and technology advances, combined with successes in product management, channel management and product marketing. With astute business instincts and exceptional analytical skills harnessed to identify and take advantage of emerging new opportunities, I successfully steer growth in revenue and market share.
