Windsor Leadership provides transformational leadership programmes for senior leaders across all sectors, including corporate, public, military, education, faith and not-for-profit. We specialise in providing experiencial development programmes for senior leaders, at Windsor Castle. The programmes focus on facilitated learning in a peer-to-peer environment. We challenge leaders to think differently, explore their own leadership style and consider the wider impact of their leadership.As Leadership Development Director I look after all of our development activities, including core programmes, bespoke offerings and ongoing development for our alumni. I am also responsible for understanding and improving the impact of our work as well ensuring that our methodologies and theoretical underpinning are kept up to date.

For over 1.5 years, I have been leading the development activities at Windsor Leadership, a non-profit organisation that provides transformational leadership programmes for senior leaders across all sectors. I am passionate about creating experiential learning opportunities that challenge leaders to think differently, explore their own leadership style, and consider the wider impact of their leadership on society. With more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and consulting, I have a proven track record of delivering strategic insights, research skills, and strategic leadership to various organisations, including Portsmouth Diocese, Church of England, and The Business Conversationalist. I am also an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, enabling me to help leaders discover and leverage their unique strengths and values. My mission is to inspire the leaders of today and tomorrow to transform themselves, their organisations, and society for the better.
