I am a Chair with Vistage, the world\'s leading Executive Peer-Group Organisation for Managing Directors, Chief Executives and business owners.The power of Vistage is in the layered experience and built-in accountability: private advisory board, one-to one coaching, expert-led workshops. My job is to create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration among team members. I’ll support and challenge in equal measure to help point out the lay of the land as best I can, guide you to the resources to confront your challenges head-on, and ask the right questions to help you uncover blind spots and realise new opportunities. My experience in leading companies and being a member of Vistage for the last 8 years has prepared me well to share ideas with and mentor an amazing group of business leaders.

My purpose is to help Business Leaders grow, gain more success and be happier. My personal success is all about the success of the people I work with.Leading a Business is not easy! It\'s often hard work, stressful and can be quite lonely. but it doesn\'t have to be. I help Leaders navigate a more effective and happier path. I have held Senior Management positions in a number of World Class organisations, held senior roles in SME businesses and been involved in start-up businesses, from conception and build, through to sale.Now, I am a Group Chairman for Vistage, the World’s leading organisation for Chief Executives & Managing Directors who want to make their businesses better and further develop themselves. I Chair two CEO Private Advisory Boards based in Hampshire and the surrounding Counties, a CEO Peer Group based in the Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire area as well a Group to support Senior Leadership Teams.Because each Group has up to sixteen successful business leaders from a deliberately diverse range of sectors with no competitors, no suppliers, and no major customers in the same Group, we are able to be open in order to learn and grow our skills and businesses together. I only work with leaders who see the value in continuous learning, who are already successful, have experience useful to the Group and know the importance of making time to step away from the day-to-day business to work on it rather than just in it. I am also the Managing Director of Smartfish Ltd, providing business consultancy and training services across a variety of sectors and disciplines. I am a School Governor, Juniors Rugby coach at Winchester RFC, husband, and father to three children.
