Advised investment strategy on physical and transition (CRREM) risks across a €2bn AUM real estate portfolio, integrating energy performance, renewable energy procurement and asset-level fundamentals, resulting in €10m+ capital expenditure for decarbonisation and climate resilience and a 10-30% risk–return improvement.2. Increased investor attractiveness across two €50m DACH real estate funds by driving a 6% YoY improvement in ESG benchmarking performance (GRESB) against peers. Delivered continuous ESG due diligence assessments to a global client representing €30m in annual transactions for acquisitions and disposals.3. Led implementation of EU regulatory frameworks (CSRD, VSME, SFDR, EU Taxonomy) across 3 clients, embedding data strategy, reporting workflows, and internal controls, to deliver annual audit-ready disclosures in alignment with GHG Protocol and PCAF. Acted as Deepki’s CSRD & VSME methodological expert.
