A recruitment professional who has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Career started in manufacturing, transferring to fast moving mail order management and then specialising in high volume clients and key account management across multiple sites.My current role is looking after recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for one of the most prestigious companies, Bentley motors. I look after recruitment for the R&D areas including sole responsibility for the Design Studio, Powertrain and Chassis, all other areas of the business covered to a lesser degree. Previously - Dealing with large scale implementations of major recruitment contracts including TUPE of permanent employees. Worked with clients such as Heinz, Argos, 02, Mondelez, Johnsons Controls and B&M amongst others. Implementing and managing different recruitment supply models based on client requirements. Experienced across FMCG, Warehousing/distribution and Automotive industries.(including drivers)Branch management of clients across the North West, A developer of people.A conscientious individual with a keen eye for detail.
