My role spans the full product lifecycle, from defining commercial strategy and overseeing R&D to guiding product management, sales, and financial performance. Under my leadership, we’re expanding Lab2Lab’s reach into new markets, strengthening relationships with our user group and instrumentation manufacturers, and ensuring the product evolves to meet the dynamic needs of analytical and scientific laboratories.With over 37 years in product development, I have led multidisciplinary teams and delivered innovative, commercially successful products across professional audio mixing desks, semiconductor crystal growing and optical fibre manufacturing machines, and a variety of products for use in life sciences. My work focuses on translating complex technical ideas into reliable, compliant, and market-ready solutions that create tangible value for organisations and their customers.I bring a strategic approach to technology leadership—defining direction, aligning engineering and business priorities, and ensuring that projects move efficiently from concept to production. My background spans automation, mechanical and electronic design, and software development, enabling effective coordination across technical disciplines and functions.I have a strong record of delivering organisational objectives and maintaining sustained revenue growth through my leadership and delivery of high-value instruments, services, and development programmes. Experienced in both regulated (GxP) and non-regulated environments, I combine technical rigour with commercial insight to drive long-term business success.I am a STEM ambassador and keen to share the excitement of technology and science with students of all ages.
