   Provisioned, managed and scaled Redfin’s observability platforms: ELK(logs), Grafana(metrics), in-houseSLO Dashboard platform(SLOs). Successfully orchestrated Redfin\'s migration from a self-hosted ELK logging platform to the cloud - AWSOpensearch: o Vendor space analysis, proof-of-concept, server topology design, implementation, load testing, anddocumentation. Led the migration from in-house observability tools to Datadog o Deployed datadog agents across Kubernetes and EC2 environments. o Instrumented core services (Java, Node.js, Kafka, Lambda) with Datadog, replacing legacy custommetric implementations with native APM and telemetry. o Safely decommissioned our legacy in-house observability platforms (ELK/Opensearch, Grafana) Transitioned the team’s AWS infrastructure management from Puppet to Terraform & Spacelift, improvingscalability, and automation of cloud resource provisioning. Designed and implemented a Kubernetes pod reliability framework for Redfin’s Tier 1 services, improvinguptime and reducing operational toil through standardized configurations: o HPAs, resource tuning, deployment strategy, and liveness/readiness/startup probes
