Over the last 30 years I have established an enviable track record of opening, developing and managing complex business relationships with UK grocery retailers, QSR’s and foodservice organisations. In 2002 I led the MBO of Icefresh Foods and the acquisition of Heaven Made Foods followed in 2004. I sold both businesses in 2009 & 2010 eventually moving on from Heaven Made in August 2011. Between August 2011 and June 2013, I was an Independent professional working on various FMCG related projects. On 1st July 2013 I joined Westbridge Foods Limited as Sales Director.
