Activities engaged in during this period have included providing marine consultancy and project management support to multiple offshore construction projects involving: offshore renewables T&I scopes, rigid and flexible pipelay, offshore installation (topsides and subsea), FPSO and FRSU installation and DP light construction & SURF scopes of work. Additionally responsible during projects for ensuring maintenance of industry, local and international standards across all time and spot chartered tonnage and managing vessel sourcing, audit and acceptance in close liaison with client project management teams and marine warranty functions. Additionally, consultancy support has been provided to commercial bid and project engineering teams in assisting with and advising on bid preparation and client interfaces, marine operational requirements, preparation and participation in HAZID’s and RA’s, applicable regulatory marine and industry standards and preparation of marine scope in procedures. A representative example of recent project experience was as Project Marine Operations Lead embedded in a multi-disciplinary project team involved in the EPCI of the jacket substructures for a large OWF off the east coast of Scotland. The scope involved management of the production of marine operational procedures, commissioning and application of engineering analysis related to the transportation barge and overall vessel operations, vessel selection and chartering, vessel audit, direct liaison with client management teams & MWS and management of the marine services sub-contracts. Support was also provided for the identification and selection of the jacket marshalling yard and setting up and managing the marshalling yard marine operations involving HTV\'s, large transportation barges and AHT\'s and the management of all local and offshore marine services providers.
