ABOUT SIMON REINDL

I’m a Professional Scrum Trainer and the founder of Advanced Product Delivery (APD), where I help organisations deliver better outcomes by embracing agile product thinking, modern procurement practices, and practical, evidence-based leadership. My work focuses on enabling teams and leaders to move from slow, project-centred delivery to fast, value-driven product models. I specialise in blending the Agile Product Operating Model (APOM) with Lean-Agile Procurement (LAP) to help organisations reduce time-to-contract, accelerate value delivery, and build stronger, more collaborative relationships with suppliers.I’ve spent my career supporting organisations through complex digital and organisational change—coaching senior leaders, training Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and facilitating high-impact workshops that cut through noise and create real alignment. What drives me is helping people gain clarity, remove unnecessary constraints, and create environments where teams can focus on solving meaningful customer problems. At APD, I partner with clients across the public and private sectors to build sustainable, high-performing capabilities—not just deliver short-term fixes. My approach is practical, grounded, and centred around enabling people to make better decisions with transparency and trust. If you’re exploring how to improve flow, strengthen cross-department collaboration, or evolve your procurement and operating model to support true agility, I’d love to connect.
