I led the transition, stabilisation and operational performance of an EMEA integrated facilities management portfolio for a global medical equipment manufacturer, with accountability for strategic planning, operational risk, supplier performance and commercial value delivery. I successfully delivered a 90-day mobilisation, across 16 sites in nine countries without any disruption to manufacturing or business operations, establishing robust governance frameworks covering compliance, risk control, asset performance and service reporting. I built a regional leadership structure that enables rapid decision making, clear ownership and accountability, while delivering service within the a €17m operating budget targeting a 5% year two saving through disciplined commercial controls. I lead portfolio stabilisation through a technical operating framework with clear priorities and performance checkpoints, reset supplier performance through revised KPIs and contract governance, and improved data visibility through upgraded reporting that supports both regional and site-level insight.
