I am passionate about equipping individuals and teams to be more effective at leading themselves and others. I primarily work with inquisitive and adventurous leaders, helping them to thrive and succeed in every sphere of life and work.I have particular experience in the realms of leadership development, decision making, strategic planning, organisational change and working in the most challenging parts of the world.Through my experience of working in risky, uncertain and fast-paced environments I developed the ‘The Right Questions’ decision-making process. I use this and other tools to help people improve their decision making, strategic planning and support them in achieving goals.I provide one-to-one coaching to help people achieve audacious goals. I also facilitate strategy, teach leadership skills, and work alongside organisations to make them more productive in the midst of innovation and change.I combine this with my passion for adventure and creativity and continue to push myself through expeditions, endurance events and generally getting outside my comfort zone.
