Focusing on attracting, selecting and hiring the talent that fuels our growth and success:• End-2-end management of recruiting processes across all functions and levels (blue and white collar)• Hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering, Product, IT, Operations, Culinary, Sales, Corporate and Top‑Management – in both English and German• Close collaboration with hiring managers and C level executives to define and prioritize staffing needs• Creation of clear job requirements and development of compelling job descriptions• Design and publication of job postings across single- and multi-channel strategies• Active sourcing and targeted candidate outreach – especially using LinkedIn Recruiter• Collection, screening and structured evaluation of candidate profiles• Coordination of interviews and all candidate‑related scheduling• Conducting and supporting interviews – virtual and on-site• Reliable communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (incl. updates, constructive feedback, next steps, final decisions)• Negotiation, explanation and drafting of employment contracts• Organization of starter days and support during onboarding• Ensuring and shaping a positive candidate journey and candidate experience• Development and continuous optimization of recruiting processes within a fast-growing start-up-environment• Support with administrative and organizational tasks within the People & Culture team• Collaboration with external recruiting agencies and expansion of my professional network
