My key responsibilities include:Staff Management: Creating training materials, serving as an on-site manager and educator, developing schedules, and establishing team goals while promoting the business’s core values across all team members.Social Media Marketing: Developing content, posting daily, and boosting engagement through online advertisements to expand the restaurant\'s digital presence.Email Marketing: Managing email campaigns to keep customers informed and engaged.Website Design & Updates: Maintaining and updating the restaurant’s website to ensure it aligns with branding and customer needs.Financial Management: Using QuickBooks to organize and categorize bank transactions.Payroll System: Overseeing payroll by submitting accurate numbers to ensure timely weekly payouts for the team.Creative Promotions: Designing special promotions and holiday-specific offerings to enhance customer experience and drive sales.Permits/paperwork: Manage annual business permits, licensees, etc. I take great pride in overseeing a significant amount of in-house work, which allows us to avoid outsourcing and increases the restaurant\'s profitability.
