I am an ethical sourcing and sustainability leader with 25 years in retail and over a decade specialising in human rights, responsible trade and ESG. I have built and led global responsible sourcing frameworks, authored Modern Slavery Statements, and embedded ESG considerations directly into procurement decisions to strengthen resilience and protect brand trust.At IG Design and previously at Currys, I developed supplier scorecards, onboarding platforms and industry-first packaging guidance that improved supplier performance and reduced environmental impact across international supply chains. I have represented organisations at the BRC, TechUK, the RBA, DEFRA and BEIS, contributing to policy and sector collaboration.Recognised as a collaborative and inclusive leader, I am proud to have developed colleagues who have progressed into more senior roles.
