I am an enterprise transformation leader with over 20 years of experience partnering with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and executive committees to modernize core operating models across asset management and financial services.I have led complex, multi-year transformation agendas spanning finance, treasury, investment, and people operating models in highly regulated, global environments. My work focuses on delivering operating leverage through platform consolidation, strengthening governance and transparency, and restoring execution certainty to at-risk enterprise initiatives.I am currently a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, where I am accountable for enterprise platforms supporting global finance and HR functions. I am responsible for prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery of enterprise programs that improve scalability and control, enabling and supporting approximately 800 business users across the organization. I lead teams of roughly 100 professionals and direct several million dollars across transformation and platform-consolidation initiatives.Previously, as Senior Vice President and Technology Chief of Staff at Oaktree, I held full P&L responsibility for the Technology function, managing an annual budget of approximately $65 million in support of a global organization of around 400 employees and consultants. In that role, I operated as an internal COO to the CIO, overseeing capital allocation, vendor strategy, and delivery performance.Earlier in my career, I developed a strong financial markets foundation through roles in investment banking and wealth management at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. That experience continues to inform a disciplined approach to risk, controls, fiduciary responsibility, and executive decision-making.
