ABOUT SIMON LAU
I’ve spent the last 15+ years in pharma and biotech operations, with a focus on business operations, procurement, and delivery. Most recently I was Head of Operations at Adthera bio and Business Operations Director at GSK, where I worked across the cell and gene therapy platforms, led sourcing strategy, managed £100M+ budgets, and delivered tangible savings and operational clarity in environments that didn’t always make that easy.I’ve built teams from the ground up, scaled operations, handled department shutdowns, negotiated supplier contracts, and developed governance models that stuck.
