Fedcap is a charity delivering employability solutions across Britain to build communities through a blend of local frontline professional teams and a like-minded supplier network, utilising both innovative and tested systems, both developed locally and internationally.Covering the South-East and South-West UK, responsible for driving a regional knowledge-led approach to identifying and preparing for new opportunities across priority sectors encompassing employability, skills, health and wellbeing and justice. We typically engage on contracts that support individuals and communities with barriers to economic wellbeing. This involves engagement with stakeholders and commissioners including county councils, unitary and local authorities, integrated care systems, LEPs, business associations, the third sector and potential delivery partners.
