ABOUT SIMON KITCHENER

Simon is a seasoned Project Manager with more than 30 years’ experience in the IT industry through financial, pharmaceutical, retail, and telecommunications sectors on multi-million pound transformation programmes. He has led and negotiated new contracts, managed the cutover of projects into Production environments, and planned and provided service integration management for large scale budgets. His experience lends itself well to understand how IT supports business values through effective stakeholder management, and from there to ensure programme success. Most recently Simon is working for Inchcape UK as a Portfolio Manager. During that time he lead multiple and complex digital transformation initiatives. He is adept at aligning large-scale and small scale programmes with strategic goals, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and business process automation to drive operational excellence and innovation.Simon savours the challenges and the rewards of managing a team of people to achieve an objective, whilst also enjoying the personal satisfaction of honing best practise methods for delivery.
