With over 25 years of experience in the field of human performance, I have been able to change the lives of countless clients in sport and life. I have worked and consulted with a long list of high profile business leaders, captains of industry and professional athletes. I am the president and founder of Body By Bennett; a premier health, fitness and professional training facility, where I provide sport conditioning, athletic development and general fitness programs. Over my career, I have had the opportunity to make significant contributions to the fitness and sport performance training field including the invention and co-creation of ViPR a whole body training tool currently being sold worldwide. My newest project is the development of a new luxury fitness club in the heart of Edmonton\'s ICE District. Located on the 5th floor of the JW Marriott, Archetype promises to be more than just a gym.
