I spot opportunities and support businesses and their owners, using my experience of the Deals market, built up over the past 20+years, where I have operated across a broad range of sectors.I am a Partner within the PwC Midlands Deals team, and am the Midlands Private Business Leader, with a focus on the delivery of exceptional client service to my clients, including an extensive portfolio of private businesses. I am passionate about providing support to private business management teams - I understand that a milestone event is a huge decision and I enjoy providing the pragmatic advice they need as they continue on their journey. My primary focus is Transactions and Financial Due Diligence, where I support businesses in making acquisitions, disposals or where they are seeking new sources of finance.The development of a long term relationship is key as clients look to find the right partner to work with as they grow their business.
