ABOUT SIMON JOSLING

A technology leader with a proven track record for building high-performing consulting teams and delivering business value and change across industries, with deep experience in financial services and energy & commodities trading.As a consultant and as a consulting business leader I have delivered digital transformation initiatives that range from small, incremental change through to enterprise-wide strategy and roadmap creation.I have run strategic solution design exercises, architected and owned customer-centric products from concept to release and delivered complex technology change programmes end to end. I balance strong technical expertise and C-suite level stakeholder management to lead initiatives that cross business and technology domains.I am a big picture, strategic thinker and my greatest skill is my ability to talk broadly and credibly about business and technology to stakeholders and technologists of all walks, pulling through subject matter expertise in support where needed. I enjoy fostering and leading high-performing teams, and use my natural pacesetting leadership style to good effect in motivating and mobilising the teams I lead towards common goals.In my role at BJSS I lead our Technology Advisory & Enterprise Architecture service, helping our clients set technology strategies that underpin business objectives, make the right major tech roadmap decisions and manage their portfolios towards coherence and balance between build, buy and consumption of tech capability.
