The Kingspan Light + Air division of Kingspan Plc had no revenue or turnover at the start of 2016; however as a result of many major acquisitions during its first few years (to broaden Kingspan’s proposition to offer solutions for the whole building envelope), it has become a major player in the daylighting, ventilation and smoke management industry. It is now a single entity built from many legacy brands and organisations under a totally new brand – Kingspan Light + Air. My role has been to ensure these legacy brand organisations are cohesively stitched together to provide our customers and prospects globally with a single customer-focused offering. The role is fundamentally Strategic Marketing Management and includes leading thought leadership on the benefits of that what we do (providing natural daylight/Natural ventilation/Smoke management solutions in Industrial and commercial buildings) and driving customer-oriented change (through NPS and CEM programmes). The role is directly supported by teams in NA, W. Europe, and Central Europe as well as digital and communications functional specialists.
