An experienced Corporate Development professional with more than 15 years experience across Corporate Development / internal M&A and mid-market corporate finance advisory. Current role is focused on identifying, evaluating and executing M&A opportunities for Deloitte across each of its service lines - predominantly in the UK but in addition working with other geographies within Deloitte North & South Europe in relation to M&A activities more broadly across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to moving into Corporate Development, I had a background of generalist M&A advisory across various sectors, which culminated in a focus on the Human Capital and Business Services sectors at Deloitte.Experienced in origination and execution of buy and sell-side transactions (including auction processes and bilateral deals), covering acquisitions, disposals, public takeovers, MBOs and cross-border transactions. Buy-side experience has included working for a number of large organisations on a retained basis over a number of years in order to develop and implement M&A strategy. Advise mainly on deals in £10m to £200m enterprise value range.Professional qualification gained after studying for the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance Qualification.
