I am currently in the role of Primary Principal at ICS London, a small international school in the heart of central London. With over fifty different nationalities across our student body, our community is \"international\" in every sense of the word.Our small class sizes enables truly individualised education for each child in the Primary School, and enables each child to achieve their best academically, linguistically, socially, and physically. I am accountable for- Ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of all stakeholders- Leading outstanding, innovative and creative teaching and learning throughout theSchool- Organising the yearly calendar for activities and events, and communicating this to all stakeholders- Organising the yearly timetable for teachers- Providing coaching to teachers regarding effective curriculum and classroom practices- Collaboratively managing the workflow of the primary staff- Participating in weekly leadership meetings, leading weekly section meetings and professional development for staff- Ensuring the thorough understanding and implementation of the policies and procedures of the Section and the School.
