Technology has been my career, my craft, and my curiosity for more than 30 years. I began as a developer, fascinated by how code could solve real business problems, and over the years, that curiosity evolved into a passion for leading teams, shaping architecture, and delivering technology that drives measurable impact. This strategic use of AI isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about amplifying creativity and engineering excellence. It allows teams to focus on innovation and problem-solving, while AI handles repetitive, data-driven, or time-intensive tasks. I’ve worked across diverse domains, from Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), to financial systems, airline reservations and enterprise software, leading innovation that protects data, improves operations, and accelerates business outcomes.
