Reporting to Housing Services, my role has three distinct areas of responsibility:1 - Asset Compliance: Responsible for maintaining legislative/regulatory compliance of built Assets across both Corporate and Housing stock. 2 - Asset Data Management: Responsible for the collation, transforming, reporting and analysis of Asset related data so as to inform both Corporate and Housing improvement programme\'s of work, satisfy regulatory Asset related data returns and support performance management both internally and of our Contractors. 3 - Responsive Repairs & Maintenance (HRA): Responsible for the day to day repairs and maintenance of Housing stock, including void works. I also participate in the following corporate groups:Asset Compliance & Delivery GroupFire Safety GroupDecarbonisation GroupICT Steering Group2022 - Retrofit Coordinator Boot Camp training - Retrofit Academy.
