Thursday is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design studio based in Winchester. My role as Founder covers many aspects of the business: • New business – to help grow the business and win exciting new clients. I love finding new clients to showcase our talents and help businesses grow and differentiate themselves. • Leadership – to constantly improve the team I work with and inspire them. Building a team of brilliant people is one of my passions, it helps me learn and is a huge benefit to our clients. • Public speaking - to promote what we do to a wider audience and demonstrate knowledge. Being on stage is nerve-wracking but ultimately very rewarding, as I get to talk some amazing people about a subject I am very passionate about. • Design thinking – to help businesses unpick challenges and find the route of their problem. Design is a process, not a creative output. Anything can be designed, from a brand, to a website or even a sales process. We measure everything we do, to ensure we deliver value. • Partnerships – we love to build networks of experts in other fields, this helps our clients by offering complimentary services to support what we do.
