Watson-Brown (she/her) is a freelance-Performance and Impact Coach- Inclusion Consultant /Trainer - Creative Facilitator & Theatre DirectorSimone has worked in the creative and cultural sector for 22 years and uses her theatrical background to bring creative, experiential and interactive learning into the training room.Simone works as an associate for a number of award winning companies including INvolve - The Inclusion People,Maynard Leigh Associates and The What If Experiment as well as delivering private coaching and consultation services. She has experience of working with clients from Executive Directors and Board Members to Graduate recruits, and everyone in between, across a range of sectors in the areas of communication skills, personal, performance, leadership impact, diversity and inclusion, and anti-racism. She is also co-creator of the acclaimed Five Pillars: An introduction to Anti-Racism training workshop for cultural and public sector organisations. Simone is also a board member / trustee for three arts education charities; Chain Reaction, Diverse Voices Edutainment and Purple Moon Drama.
