I am cross trained in multiple professions and environments. Some will ask “what made the career change, why have you entered these fields, what are you looking for?”. My answer is - why not? Why would I be willing to prevent myself from learning the language of other environments, operations, and ability to build relationships and connections, networking, and volunteering, bridging gaps in industries that appear to be in contrast, listening deeply and acknowledging diverse populations, cultures, and communities - and then following through with responsibility! Some opportunities I create for myself, if the door shuts, build a window. Most opportunities have been presented unexpectedly, and as Paulo Coelho said, “Every blessing ignored becomes a curse”.

Performing full cycle property management accounting and standard bookkeeping; for the most ethical and morally responsible Company in my 10+ year career in the industry. I am responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and general reporting of properties in: Trust and operating accounts, GL, JE, and vendor reconciliations. In addition of A/P, A/R, quarterly and annual taxes, EOY 1099\'s, and PR accounting system entries of employees and resident managers. We are \"small but mighty\", with individualized and person-centered monthly reporting, delivered directly from our Company Owner directly (we are not small in resident and commercial door count, in my experience). As a sustainable and well respected management company in King and Snohomish countiess. Our bare minimum standard and business model is continuing to create and enforce safe and liveable spaces for our residents in our property communities and non-residents, in our surrounding areas.
