ABOUT SIMONE SPROVIERO

I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Economics and a Master\'s degree in Finance. During the last year of my Master\'s degree I studied at Univerza v Ljubljani in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with the Erasmus program. Afterwards I took a postgraduate course in \'\'Finance, Administration and Control Management\'\' at the Gema Business School, ASFOR partner and authorized by ANCOT.I am a pricing and revenue management expert with over 9 years of experience in various industries, including airlines, car sharing/rental car, and retail. Throughout my career, I developed a deep understanding of price and cross-price elasticity, along with demand and supply economics, to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.Specifically, I have worked for:Alitalia (20••••22): In this role, I contributed to developing and implementing pricing strategies for the entire domestic market of the company which represented 50% of the total revenue.Zipcar (20••••23): In this role, I used my knowledge to refine the company\'s pricing strategies and help the company develop a price elasticity tool and an inventory management tool.Bose (2023-present): In this role, I am applying my knowledge and skills to the retail industry, with the aim of improving the efficiency and profitability of the company’s promotional activities. Furthermore, to enhance Bose understanding of promo effectiveness and guide future resource allocation, I established a performance review process focused on ROI, Revenue, and Margin.I am a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop professionally.
