As a Training and Development Specialist at Frontier Behavioral Health since July 2023, I\'ve played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organizational learning strategy, ensuring it aligns with both contractual and legal requirements. My responsibilities have been diverse and impactful, from designing and conducting new employee orientations to creating and tracking a comprehensive range of training programs to abide by legal requirements and maintain NASW registration for the CEU approval process.A significant aspect of my role has been serving as the sole Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for our 860+ employees. Additionally, I\'ve effectively onboarded around 400 employees, ensuring their smooth integration into our systems and culture. My efforts to develop and deliver training content utilizing various modalities—1:1, classroom, and e-learning—have been central to enhancing employee skills and knowledge. I\'ve also managed logistics for internal and external training activities, collaborated across departments for timely project completion, and fostered productive relationships with training suppliers and affiliates. Additionally, leveraging technology tools like training software, including Articulate 360 and Rise, I have created several interactive and engaging training programs tailored to diverse learning needs. These programs incorporate multimedia elements, scenario-based learning, and assessments to enhance knowledge retention and engagement. By utilizing these platforms, I have streamlined training delivery, improved accessibility for learners, and ensured content remains up to date with industry standards and best practices. I\'ve also leveraged my digital literacy and design skills to update and upkeep our HR and training pages on the intranet.
