Psychologist, Psychotherapist, PhD, expert in Cognitive Neuropsychology. My scientific interest is focused on the research of potential cognitive biomarkers and on the evaluation of higher cognitive functions (with prevalent interest for executive functions) in the main neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer\'s, Parkinson\'s, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington\'s Disease), through the implementation of new methods of study that combine the basic knowledge of neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience and the basic knowledge of engineering and information technology. A further field of study and interest concerns cerebral plasticity, cognitive reserve and methods of brain stimulation (behavioral, TMS, tDCS) for diagnostic and rehabilitative purposes.
