In my current role, I\'m tasked with a variety of responsibilities centered around ensuring the smooth operation of on-site activities related to Creation, Delivery, and Assurance. This involves not only overseeing the work being done but also managing all the associated documentation and deliverables, such as AS BUILT records.Additionally, I play a crucial role in monitoring the progress of on-site operations and providing initial validation of the work completed by our designated teams. This ensures that everything is on track and meets the required standards.Another important aspect of my role is acting as a bridge between our project and various external stakeholders, including Public Administration and other relevant parties. This requires effective communication and collaboration to address any concerns or issues that may arise.Furthermore, I am responsible for supervising coordination efforts among subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining quality assurance standards, and overseeing external construction management. Regular compliance assessments are conducted to ensure that everything is in line with regulations and project requirements.Moreover, I provide support in design verification and validation processes, working to ensure that the implementation of the network aligns seamlessly with the established design parameters.Lastly, I handle the administration of permits necessary for the execution of network development plans, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner to keep the project on track.
