I act for investment funds, major landlords, institutional investors and developers. Some of the main issues upon which I advise are obtaining High Court injunctions, insolvency issues, landlord and tenant disputes, enforcement of covenants in leases, forfeiture, interim and terminal dilapidations claims, contested lease renewals, contractual disputes and actions for rent and service charge recovery. I act on a range of real estate disputes; from High Court cases, to mediations, arbitrations and expert determinations. I am the former Chairman of the Education and Training Committee of the Property Litigation Association.
