100%Open is a multi award-winning open innovation agency that has worked in over 25+ countries around the world to co-innovate with their partners. Having been embedded at 100%Open since 2011 as their founding team member, I was Head of Account Management and a Senior Account Manager leading on an international portfolio of multi stakeholder projects across our diverse client list. Over 7 years I managed the 100%Open Union network of Innovators and successfully delivered a range of high profile innovation programmes for Nesta, Oxfam, Interface, Innovate UK, Ford, National Grid and the Economic & Social Research Council, among othersI now support 100%Open’s clients as an Innovation Consultant and Coach drawing on my passion for transformational change and utilising embodied ‘whole self’ leadership approaches to increase awareness and therefore expand range of choice and connected action.

A hummingbird at heart, I\'m most energised by the rich potential for positive change which becomes possible through interdisciplinary collaboration exploring the intersections between creativity, enterprise, social impact, deep ecology and spirituality. I love to facilitate deep conversations and I aim to lead with head, heart and hands, blending systems thinking sensitivity with a flair for creative solutions and a keen eye for detail. Unashamedly curious and plural, I am a natural connector of people and ideas and I love to join the dots and bridge between worlds. Adding to my diverse toolkit, in 2019 I completed a year long Embodied Facilitator Training and in 2020, an Advanced Level 6 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring.
