I am an Executive Coach within PwC’s Coaching Centre of Excellence where I partner with the lines of service providing strategic input and design into the coaching culture across the organisation as well as one on one executive coaching and group coaching. • Provide confidential individual coaching sessions for senior leaders across the firm including debriefing 360 EQ assessments and general 360 feedback• Provide coaching and development planning support to Pathway to Partner Partner Programme participants • Encourage clients to explore their career goals while empowering them to reflect on their values, beliefs and behaviours to enable them to be the leader they aspire. Also focus on areas such as resilience, sustaining high performance, influencing and impact, self-confidence and navigating stakeholders.• Partner with senior stakeholders to help develop the coaching culture within lines of service and upskill Talent coaches• Design and facilitate group coaching offers to support the firm’s Wellness, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy • Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders • Contribute to the ongoing strategy for the Coaching Centre of Excellence and contribute to the wider people agenda as a member of the Talent, Development and Coaching team
