My responsibility, within the Managed Cloud Services team, is to proactively manage capacity and advise on StaaS solutions, on global contracts based in EMEA. During this period I had the opportunity to improve and expand several aspects of the role.Some of my key achievements are the introduction of a tool for improved reporting/forecasting and the extension and standardization of a request tracking system.My areas of expertise include technical configuration of SAN/NAS infrastructures and upgrades, reporting, forecasting, trend analysis, performance tuning, customer presentations, asset management.As capacity manager I oversee the whole order process, coordinating and interacting with several stakeholders.
