Since July 2024, I have been leading the SAP SuccessFactors practice at Altea UP, guiding clients end to end from analysis through go-live. Working closely with HR and IT, I turn requirements into intuitive, easy-to-manage solutions. I coordinate a team of consultants on multi-country initiatives, set timelines and budgets and personally verify configurations and data quality while keeping a constant eye on user adoption.My technical mindset remains central to my role: I also act as solution architect, designing a robust, scalable functional architecture, overseeing implementations, and setting configuration standards that the team follows throughout the project lifecycle.I believe every project is a chance for collective learning.
