In the last years, I have worked on diverse projects in the area of M&A (due diligence, acquisitions, post-deal integration, mergers) and change managment, on digital transformation, new business planning, sales strategy and business development, as CEO, on product management & operations.Previously, I worked in different roles such as program & project manager, standardization officer, R&D manager and optical/optoelectronics designer for general lighting. My education went through engineering studies (PhD, Space Science & Technology), some years in the Academic environment and experiences abroad in Spain and Canada. Later on, I moved into general management and business administration.
