ABOUT SIMONE BADIALI
I’m an energy professional with over 10 years in oil & gas, currently working at Eni. I hold a Master’s in Energy Engineering (UniPi) and a 2nd level Master in Oil & Gas Plant Design (Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna). Right now, I’m focused on agribusiness, managing strategic partnerships to drive sustainable innovation within Eni’s value chain. Starting November 2025, I’ll be doing an Executive MBA (evening) at Politecnico di Milano to boost my leadership and business skills. I’m passionate about project management, energy transition, and advanced energy solutions like CCUS, biofuels, and renewables.
