ABOUT SIMONE ARMELLONI
I work in Cyber & Technology Risk with a focus on Identity Governance and technology-driven transformation initiatives.As part of my broader experience in KPMG, I worked on IT audit engagements, which helped me develop a broad understanding of enterprise systems, internal controls and end-to-end IT processes. This exposure strengthened my ability to analyze technology environments from a risk and governance perspective.Over time, I progressively moved towards identity-focused and advisory roles, supporting clients on Identity Governance assessments, Segregation of Duties reviews and improvement roadmaps. I also contributed to transformation initiatives involving identity platforms and ServiceNow modules, as well as SAP post-implementation assessments and cyber governance activities.I combine an engineering mindset with a structured and pragmatic approach, and I am particularly interested in contexts where identity, cyber risk and large-scale transformation programs intersect.
