My work sits at the intersection of leadership strategy, personal development, and performance; bridging the gap between who people are and how they lead. A Magna Cum Laude and Global Scholar graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Arts & Sciences with over 20 years of experience in leadership development and the performing arts, I bring a unique perspective to leadership: one that integrates confidence, communication, and connection. As the founder of Simone Speaks to Inspire, LLC, I use storytelling, music, and live experiences to help individuals find their voice, own their narrative, and step into their full potential. Today, my focus is clear: • Developing emerging leaders into confident, strategic thinkers • Designing leadership cohort experiences that drive transformation • Supporting organizations in building cultures of growth, adaptability, and performance • Preparing leaders for the evolving demands of AI and the future of work I believe leadership is not just about what you do, it’s about what you become.
