I am a credentialed consulting actuary with 20 years of experience in P&C insurance and reinsurance, specializing in reserving, pricing, and data strategy. I’ve led high-performing teams, built scalable actuarial processes, and developed tools that support growth and informed decision-making across underwriting, claims, and finance.Currently, I serve as Actuarial Director of Analytics within Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG), where I focus on business development, building reserving infrastructure, mentoring talent, and aligning analytics with client needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Outside of work, I’m an avid volunteer and industry contributor, serving on the boards of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and SAGAA, mentoring through the IABA, and actively supporting initiatives in my local community.
