Draft patent applications and direct domestic and foreign patent prosecution. Perform freedom-to-operate and patent landscape analyses. Review invention disclosures, manuscripts, and presentations. Establish and maintain trade secret catalog. Support trademark, transactional, and regulatory matters. Provide internal IP training.
