ABOUT SIMONE TAVOLUCCI

I got my Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology and social processes in March 2016, with my thesis on Emotional intelligence and work performance. From March to August of the same year I worked in London for 6 months where I learned to speak English and I developed my flexibility and relational skills. In September I enrolled in the Master\'s degree course in Applied psychology to work context at the University of Rome \"La Sapienza\". I have completed the Erasmus project in Braga, Portugal in 2018 In November 2019 I graduated in the master\'s degree with a thesis titled \"Validity of self-efficacy in the expression of positive emotions and self-efficacy in the management of negative ones: a meta-analysis on emotional self-efficacy\". From January to May 2020 I attended the International Human Resources Management master at the University of Greenwich, London. Following the fulfillment of the one-year professionalizing internship aimed at taking the state exam for registration as a psychologist, I worked as a consultant at the management consulting firm \"Elidea Psicologi Associati\" where I carried out evaluation and data analysis activities. Currently, I started my industrial PhD program in the University of Rome \"La Sapienza\" in collaboration with the consultancy firm EY. My strenghts are the commitment and motivation that characterize my strong orientation to the goal, creativity and the ability of critical thinking. During my career I was able to develop behavioral skills such as flexibility and team working. I am a curious and open minded person with a strong desire to learn and improve myself.
