Reporting to the Corporate Commercial Director Mr Guido Grimaldi, I follow the european and north-african market, managing a wide portfolio of directional customers, mainly some of the largest logistic companies in these areas. In addiction, i frequently carry on new projects with final customers (GDO, Industrial Producers, or Transport Borkers), aim at converting their logistic chain to the intermodal systems by sea.These projects require to involve several players such as forwarders, transport companies, warehousing and logistic companies, and of course our company Grimaldi, in order to provide to the final customer totally integrated services.Finally, strictly cooperationg with the managers of the other BU of cargo department, I costantly do indepth business analisys and market monitoring, using a wide range of information sources, in order to study the performance of our business processes and to have a clear picture of the market and the competition trends.All my activities, both commercial and operational ones, are sistematically detailed in a weekly report provided to the Corparate Commercial Director, Mr Guido Grimaldi. IT Knoledge: I regularly use, every day, the Office package, expecially Excell, Power Point, Word, Outlook. In my carrer i have had the opportunity to use several ERP, like AS400 and SAP, and several Business Intelligences, such as Business Objects (IBM)
